Please note that the information you voluntarily share or even publicly share when you use our services may involve your or others' personal information or even personal sensitive information, such as when you choose to upload pictures containing personal information when posting your news or in public occasions such as group chats or circles. Please consider more carefully whether to share or even publicly share relevant information when using our services.

 

V. How you manage your personal information

You can access and manage your personal information in the following ways:

You have the right to access your personal information, except for the exceptions stipulated by laws and regulations. You can access your personal information by yourself in the following ways.

(i)If you are unable to access such Personal Information through the above path, you may contact us at any time through LIVO Customer Service. We will respond to your request for access within 30 days.

We will provide you with other personal information generated in the course of your use of our products or services in accordance with the arrangements set forth in "(7) Responding to Your Requests Above" in this Article.

(ii) Correction or supplementation of your personal information

You have the right to request us to correct or supplement your personal information that we have processed when you discover that it is incorrect. You may make a request for correction or supplementation in the manner set out in "(i) Access to your personal information" in this section.

(iii) Deletion of your personal information

You may delete some of your personal information in the manner described in "(1) Access to Your Personal Information" in this Article.

You may request us to delete your personal information in the following cases:

1.If our handling of personal information violates laws and regulations;

2.If we collect or use your personal information without your explicit consent;

3.If our behavior of handling personal information seriously violates the agreement with you;

4. If you no longer use our products or services, or you voluntarily cancel the account;

5.if we permanently cease to provide you with our products or services.

You may submit a request to cancel your account on the "Cancel Account" page (e.g., LIVO mobile app "More - Settings - Account and Security - Cancel Account").

After you voluntarily cancel your account, we will stop providing products or services to you and delete or anonymize your personal information as required by applicable law.

(v) Binding Information Systems to Automated Decision Making

In certain business functions, we may make decisions based solely on non-human automated decision-making mechanisms, including information systems and algorithms. If these decisions significantly affect your legitimate rights and interests, you have the right to ask us for an explanation, and we will also provide a method of appeal without infringing on LIVO's trade secrets or the rights and interests of other users, or the public interest.

(VI) Responding to your above request

For security purposes, you may be required to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.

We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may also initiate a complaint through LIVO Customer Service.

In principle, we do not charge you for reasonable requests, but for requests that are repeated several times and exceed reasonable limits, we will charge a fee for certain costs as appropriate. We may refuse requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require excessive technical means (e.g., the development of a new system or a fundamental change in current practices), pose a risk to the legal rights of others, or are highly impractical.

In the following cases, we will not be able to respond to your request in accordance with laws and regulations:

1.Related to national security and national defense security;

2Relating to public safety, public health, and significant public interest;

3Related to crime investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment;

4.There is sufficient evidence that the subject of personal information has subjective malice or abuse of rights;

5.Responding to your request will lead to serious damage to your legitimate rights and interests or those of other individuals or organizations;
