Photo Library Access: Enables you to share images during chats or update your profile picture when you intentionally upload photos.

Camera Access: Necessary for features like taking photos or participating in live video calls, activated only when you initiate these actions.

Audio and Video Access: Supports video calls, used only when you choose to make a call or record audio.

Bluetooth Access: Ensures seamless pairing with audio devices for high-quality audio experiences.

External Storage Access: Allows saving and managing files such as photos and videos, activated during content saving or downloading.

Advertising IDs: Collected for optimizing our marketing efforts and analyzing campaign performance.

These permissions are only utilized after you provide explicit consent and can be managed in your device settings.

Device Information Collection

Chamee automatically collects device information to optimize app performance, including:

Device ID, brand, model, operating system, and status (e.g., signal strength).

Identifiers, hardware details, and information from your internet service provider or mobile carrier (e.g., IP address).

Data on network type, platform, and interaction with app features.

Data Collection for Analysis

To improve service quality and enhance user experience, we collect device logs and usage data for analytical purposes. This includes:

Deleting Your Personal Information

You can delete specific personal data following the steps mentioned in the "Accessing Your Personal Information" section. Additionally, you may request the deletion of your personal data under the following circumstances:

3. If our handling of your data breaches our agreement with you.

4. If you no longer use our products or services and wish to delete your account.

5. If we permanently discontinue providing services to you.

Please note that due to technical or legal reasons, personal data may not be immediately removed from our backup systems. However, it will be securely stored and isolated until it can be fully deleted or anonymized.

Your Content

Content you share may still be accessible to other users via screenshots, in-app tools, or other methods. Even with a deletion request, digital content may be temporarily recoverable through forensic methods or device storage. While we aim to delete user data promptly, we cannot guarantee immediate removal. In some instances, data may need to be retained briefly for legal compliance or backup purposes.
